LUMIN ART MUSEUM collects only the information needed to provide member login, ticket purchases, QR vouchers, purchase confirmations, purchase history, and customer support.
Information we collect
Depending on the login method, we may receive your name, email address, and the provider-specific account identifier from Google, LINE, Facebook, Kakao, or direct registration. We also process ticket orders, visit dates, vouchers, and support inquiries.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate members, maintain one account across connected login providers, deliver tickets and QR vouchers, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Service providers and retention
Cloudflare provides hosting and data storage, and Resend delivers transactional email. Information is retained while the account is active and as required for transaction, accounting, security, and legal obligations.
