User Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your LUMIN ART MUSEUM member account and personal data, email sylee@ezmc.co.kr from the email address registered to your account.

Use the subject “LUMIN ART MUSEUM Data Deletion Request” and include the login provider you used. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the member profile and connected social-login identifiers. Transaction records may be retained only where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
