These terms apply to the LUMIN ART MUSEUM website, member accounts, ticket purchases, vouchers, and related services.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect access to your account. Supported login providers may be connected to one member account when they supply the same verified email address.
Tickets and vouchers
Ticket availability, prices, discounts, visit dates, refund conditions, and voucher validity are shown during purchase. QR vouchers must not be duplicated, transferred, altered, or used fraudulently.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, or use tickets and vouchers unlawfully.
